An illustrative pitch
Subject: A booking option for your tutor software guide
Hi,
Your guide compares tools for tutors who take recurring bookings. Our product supports recurring lessons and parent payments, which may fit that section.
Would you consider reviewing it for the next update? I can share product access and the relevant setup documentation.
Thanks, Your name
Replace every product claim with something you can verify. This is a template, not a report of a pitch that earned coverage.
What makes the message specific?
It names a selection criterion, connects it to a real feature, and offers something the writer needs to make an independent decision. It does not demand a ranking-focused anchor or promise reciprocal links.
A comparison of enterprise booking systems would need a different contribution. Reusing the same tutor pitch would be irrelevant even if the writer's name were correct.
Before sending
Check the URL, the product facts, and the contact route. Remove placeholders. Ask whether the suggested edit improves the article even if you forget about SEO for a moment.
Keep follow-ups tied to the original request. Add useful information or politely check whether the writer wants to consider it. Stop when the conversation is closed.
