Limits

You can send up to 60 replies a day per site. Searches run 3 times a day per site.

Wait 10 minutes between searches. You can draft up to 50 emails and replies a day per site. All connected apps share these limits.

Outreach follows your existing sending ramp.

Messages you may see and what they mean
Message	What it means
Start your plan to use the agent	Your plan is not active. Start a plan, then connect the app again.
Daily limit reached. Try again tomorrow.	You reached a daily limit for this site.
Too many requests. Try again in a minute.	Too many requests were sent in a short time. Wait a minute.
Not found	The item belongs to another account, or it does not exist.
Setup is still in progress. Try again once it finishes.	The sending inbox is still being set up.
This confirmation expired. Ask again.	The confirmation was not approved within 5 minutes.

Copy the server address from the Quick Start page. Choose OAuth, sign in and approve the connection.

If your app says the version is unsupported, update the app. CiteWing supports the three versions listed on the Quick Start page.

This happens after you disconnect the app in Settings. Connect the app again and approve it.

Start your plan to use the agent. Open checkout, then connect the app again.
